How We Became...

Co-founders Zoe an Educational Psychologist / SEN Specialist and Andy an Engineer/PHV Operative have been foster carers for over a decade supporting children and young people with many challenges along the way. This gave them the aspiration to create a project like this, to help fulfill a young person's journey to the next level of their life. Their passion is to continue to make a difference in some way.

They both have planted a seed in HORIZON PATHWAY SUPPORTED LIVING to deliver a holistic and stimulating approach in the care and support their home will give. The future needs more love for great minds to grow, at HORIZON PATHWAY SUPPORTED LIVING.
